A quintessential Finnish Christmas decoration, the himmeli is traditionally made out of straw, but artist Eija Koski has taken this centuries-old ornament and turned it into high art. Check out her stunningly complex, visually impactful sculptures at the A4 gallery out in Toyocho, where you can also try your hand at making your own himmeli, listen to folk tunes from Finland and pick up some stylish accessories at a mini-market.
