Manga artist Hiroshi Masumura's 'Atagoal' series depicts a utopian world where cats and humans live as equals. That purry ideal meets ukiyo-e master Katsushika Hokusai's iconic works at Hachioji's Yume Museum, where Masumura's feline-focused reinterpretations of pieces like 'The Great Wave off Kanagawa' and 'Fine Wind, Clear Morning' are on show in February and March. Hokusai fans will want to combine this exhibition with the Katsukawa Shunsho show at Harajuku's Ota Museum this spring.
