Time Out says

With its talk of new realities and virtual networks infiltrating human consciousness, the synopsis for the ICC's latest exhibition reads more like the outline of an early William Gibson novel. 'Internet Art Future' introduces a selection of artists whose work feeds on the new possibilities opened by online communication – some flimsy, some fascinating. These range from Aaron Koblin's 'Ten Thousand Cents', in which thousands of disparate workers were paid to draw fragments of a $100 bill simultaneously, to Hiroyuki Nisougi's bulletin board art and DJ Puri Puri's orchestrated online happenings.
