Time Out says

Taking over Buckle Kobo, a self-styled 'art factory' that occupies a former ironworks in the industrial wilds of Keihinjima, an artificial island next to Haneda Airport, this eclectic-looking 'creative festival' covers music, art, film and several less clearly delineated disciplines. Look out for tunes courtesy of techno titan Takkyu Ishino, quixotic troubadour Tavito Nanao, Shacho of Soil & "Pimp" Sessions and improvisational quartet Saicobab, art by the likes of Ichiro Endo, manga artist Takashi Nemoto and Taira Ichikawa, and a yet-to-be-announced movie programme promising an 'industrial' theme. And if you're really adventurous, you can opt to stay the night at Keihinjima and learn all sorts of disaster preparedness skills. More info for the camp-out can be found here (in Japanese only, natch).
