Sculptor Mariko Mori has attracted plenty of international attention over the past decade or so, exhibiting in London, New York and several Australian cities. Her futuristic installations can be challenging to grasp at first, but are imbued with both theoretical and practical meanings that are gradually revealed to the viewer. This ever-evolving artist's latest work is on display now at Yanaka's Scai the Bathhouse, where you'll be faced with aluminium pieces in mathematical shapes, plus a number of photo-paintings based on drawings depicting the Okinawan ocean.
