Time Out says

Part of a biannual series showcasing young fashion designers from Iwate prefecture, this pop-up shop will be set up for a week inside Ikebukuro's Parco Museum. From its conception in 2013, the event has certainly made waves in the fashion world with innovative takes on production (using live models instead of mannequins, for example), and this time, graduates of Coconogacco, a design class run by Writtenafterwards' Yoshikazu Yamagata and Mikio Sakabe, will have the spotlight. Fashion addicts will probably want to check this one out.
