Memories Through Cycle

Subtitled 'Images by RongRong & inri and Yuan Goang-ming', the Mito Art Tower's summer exhibition introduces you to two artists representing the cutting edge of East Asian photography and video art. Both the Taiwan-born Yuan and Sino-Japanese duo RongRong & inri specialise in depicting daily life and deep-seated traditions through the means of new media, creating humanistic, touching work that shines a light on the importance of nature, social ties and shared feelings. RongRong & inri's solemn, mainly monochrome photos should make for an interesting contrast with Yuan's experimental, visually stunning video pieces.
