Time Out says

The Okayama Art Summit's Japanese name translates to 'Art Exchange', which is indicative of the festival organisers' aim of bringing people together, encouraging interaction and raising awareness of the participating artists and the city of Okayama. Directed by Tokyo-based Taro Nasu, who in turn is assisted by artistic director Liam Gillick, the programme centres around 'relational' contemporary art and features contributions by the likes of Rirkrit Tiravanija, Philippe Parreno and Simon Fujiwara.
