Pixel Out

14 artists show off their pixelated pieces, from anime to video games and smartphone apps, at this little Nakano exhibition that's bound to tickle the nostalgic side of anyone who grew up before the age of ultra-polished 3D graphics. Pixel Out isn't all about looking backward, though: it also explores the future of pixel art and digital media as a whole through the work of both Japanese and overseas artists, including American Gavin Reed, Aussie Paul Robertson and Germany's Valenberg.
