Time Out says

The small, two-room gallery on Eye of Gyre's third floor feels like an odd place to witness the shocking photos on display in this exhibition devoted to the tsunami tragedy. Here, next door to the ultra hip Moma Design Store, you'll find breathtaking images of the kind you've already seen countless times on TV, plus plenty more that still retain their surrealist power nearly two months on; a jet fighter sticking out of a school window, for example, or an ocean liner on top of a house.

Here in Tokyo, where life is all but back to normal, and where news headlines are more frequently concerned with Fukushima, it's sometimes easy to forget that misery continues, with fractionally less intensity, only a few hundred kilometres north. This exhibit brings that home to you once again, and with some force.
