Sou Fujimoto Architects: Forest, Cloud, Mountain – Future Visions

This is an exhibition of work by architect Sousuke Fujimoto, who has generated a lot of interest with his designs for the new library at Musashino Art University and with his Tokyo Apartment project. Based on a theme of ‘The Future of Architecture and Tokyo’, it features concept drawings, architectural models and photographs. A 1:1 scale model of an architectural space is being exhibited in the museum’s vast atrium area; the first time it has been on view to the public. Many special events have been planned, with prominent architects and designers invited to join the program of lectures, discussions and tours. This is an exhibition to not simply see, but to actively participate in.
