Systemic Paper

Three artists famed for their work with paper, namely Kwon Young-woo, Rakuko Naito and Dorothea Rockburne, are featured at Blum & Poe's latest conceptual display. Having all launched their careers in the 1960s, when minimalist and systemic practices in media were at their height, the trio count among the very few artists to both approach paper as an active material in its own right and apply systemic, modular and mathematical perspectives to it.
