Train Stopover Journeys @ Higashi-Koganei: Teratotera Sound Fes

Local art project Teratotera takes over the area under the Chuo line tracks between Higashi-Koganei and Musashi-Sakai stations for an artsy two-day celebration focused on music and performing arts. There’s no entrance fee, and visitors of all ages should be able to find something to inspire them.
