Transmissions – People-to-People

Photographer couple Tiziana and Gianni Baldizzone have spent decades travelling around Europe, Africa and Asia, documenting indigenous peoples, their traditional culture and, above all, the transmission of culture, knowledge and practical arts from one generation to the next. Their photos speak of relationships between master and apprentice, the wonders of creation and the value of diversity, making for a thought-provoking journey to the roots of what binds humanity together.
