Turn Fes

Part of the cultural side of Tokyo's preparations for the 2020 Olympics, the Katsuhiko Hibino-run Turn Project is aiming to form and deepen community ties among people from differing backgrounds and cultures. This three-day festival is the project's first concrete event and features an exhibition and performances created by artists inspired by meetings with disabled people and troubled youths.
