Kansai-based artist Yukio Fujimoto is known for experimental works that draw inspiration from music and the sounds of everyday life. From installations incorporating records and music boxes to a piece that plays every Beatles song ever recorded at once, his art combines philosophical elements with dada influences and childlike playfulness. This exhibit centres on a giant 'record', made from charcoal set out on the floor at Mishuku's ShugoArts gallery. Visitors are invited to step all over the interactive piece, creating new sounds in the process.
