Enter the shadowy world of the ninja in Odaiba this summer: the Miraikan is taking a scientific look at Japan's legendary assassins with this interactive exhibit, realised in collaboration with Mie University (famed for its research programme dedicated to ninjutsu, the art of the ninja). Learn about the ninja way of survival, their code of honour and their ability to move silently through darkness, and try your hand at tossing some shuriken, improving your 'jumping power' and emulating ninja breathing techniques. Way better than just pulling a black T-shirt over your head, right?
Note that the exhibition is closed on the following Tuesdays: July 5 & 12, September 6, 13, 20 & 27, and October 4.
