Time Out says

Few cocktails scream 'summer' as loudly as the mojito (except maybe the caipirinha, though they get us so sozzled that we'd scream anything after a few rounds), but Ernest Hemingway's tipple of choice might have found its match. Bacardi is setting up a temporary bar in Ginza for the duration of the summer, where it'll be introducing Japanese drinkers to the joys of the frozen mojito, which is all the rage in much of the northern hemisphere. Regular and frozen mojitos are sold for ¥850, with fruit varieties available from ¥1,200, and if you swing by on Saturdays you can get mojitos to go for just ¥500.
