Nakameguro has no shortage of fashionable hangouts, but this one is a great spot day or night. Art is the chosen theme, with a wall of hundreds of art books in English and Japanese. There are also turntables that get an occasional airing. But the best things about Combine are its airy interior, riverside location and lack of affectation.
