Oyster season is just around the corner, and Hiroshima's 'antenna shop' in Tokyo is promoting the region's famed marine treats with this two-part pop-up. In November, they'll be serving the super-fresh sentan variety, eaten directly from the sizeable shell, while the December event sees smaller, somewhat saltier claire-style specimens take over the menu. Make sure to wash it all down with some Hiroshima nihonshu or local wine.
