While bars around the world celebrate Negroni Week from September 12-18, the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi is stretching the special occasion to two weeks. That’s ample time for you to sample creative interpretations of the classic Italian cocktail at the luxury hotel’s bar Virtù and restaurant Pigneto.
Two of the special negronis are created by the team at Virtù while the other two are imports from Charles H at Four Seasons Seoul and BKK Social Club at Four Seasons Bangkok.
A classic negroni features equal parts gin, vermouth and Campari. These new-style negronis are kicking things up a notch with the addition of pineapple rum, peach liqueur, truffle oil fat washed cognac, and other surprising flavours.
