The arrival of hanami season also means it's time for cherry blossom-themed cocktails at hotel bars across the city, and the New Otani's Bar Capri is no exception. Chief bartender Hiroshi Komoriya's foursome of creations includes drinks like the green and pink Haru Urara, which most regulars will probably recognise from past years, and the new Sakura Honoka, served in a masu box with pickled cherry blossom petals on the side.
