Time Out says

Expect top-notch cocktails and some ultra-rare tipples at this two-day celebration of the art of bartending. This year's Tokyo International Bar Show – a descendent of the malt-centric Whisky Live fest that started back in 2000 – is taking place at Tokyo Dome City's Prism Hall this year, and will again feature appearances by top mixologists, bartending performances, and loads of spirits, beers and whisky.

International guests include bartender and author Dale DeGroff, also known as the 'King of Cocktails', and whisky expert Dave Broom, while Nadeshiko Cup, the popular all-female bartending contest, will see appearances by ten mixologists. The ticket price includes drinks at all the booths, although some of the fancier options may cost extra.
