David Penn Japan Tour

How many dates does it take to tour a country? Just curious, because it seems that David Penn's 'Japan Tour' will consist of a single gig in Tokyo this weekend. Born David Peñin, the house DJ and producer scored a major hit in the mid-'90s with 'Nighttrain', released under the alias Kadoc. The track was his first collaboration with fellow Spaniard DJ Chus, and the pair have remained tight ever since, most recently working together on the Defected in the House Miami '11 compilation. Penn will be doing a live set at Xex, where he's joined by Masanori Morita of Studio Apartment fame – himself a recent contributor to the Defected... series.
