Big in Berlin? You'd better believe it. Techno heavyweight Monika Kruse hits Ageha this weekend, on her first trip to Japan since last year's Wire 10 all-nighter in Yokohama. She's no longer given to pummelling crowds with hard techno bangers, but Kruse still knows how to make people move – and she'll be ably supported in that respect by Madrid producer Damián Schwartz, one of the more convincing proponents of house-tinged minimal techno.
