South London duo Mount Kimbie may not have achieved the crossover success of fellow ‘post-dubstep’ artist James Blake, but they've earned themselves a place on the roster of the prestigious Warp Records, which released sophomore effort Cold Spring Fault Less Youth in May. While their productions can be meticulous to the point of finickity, Kimbie's Dominic Maker and Kai Campos like to loosen things up a bit when they play live, incorporating guitar and drums into their fractured beatscapes. This Liquidroom date comes with support from Barcelona-based producer (and recent Red Bull Music Academy grad) Sinjin Hawke and pal Zora Jones, plus homegrown beat manipulators Seiho and Broken Haze.
