Metronomy @ Tokyo Indie x Boys Get Hurt

While he may not be quite as prolific in his extracurricular activities as Jamie XX, Metronomy bassist Olugbenga Adelekan hasn't let being in a Mercury-nominated indie band get in the way of his DJing and remixing work. Following on from his band's gig at Unit on Monday, he'll be heading to Trump Room this weekend to unleash one of his trademark DJ sets of globe-straddling mash-ups, sketching a world in which Justin Timberlake and Nigerian hip hop can sit side by side. You can also expect sets from French house aficionados Boys Get Hurt, electro-rockers Africaemo and Bremen, and DJs including the fantastically named Aerobics Girls.
