Whaddaya mean, you didn't know they had a new album out? Granted, electronica duo Plaid don't command as much attention as they did in the late-'90s, when they were frequently mentioned in the same breath as Warp Records labelmates Aphex Twin and Boards of Canada. But if this year's Scintilli album is unlikely to win new converts, we're still intrigued by this 'audio and visual live' show, which promises to continue the experiments of their 2006 CD/DVD collaboration with filmmaker Bob Jaroc, Greedy Baby. The electronica-heavy bill also sees live sets from Aoki Takamasa, Dot i/o and singer Coppe', who's teaming up with DJ Kensei for the occasion.
