Time Out says

Chances are there won't be much dancing going on at this all-night feast of abstract electronica, which celebrates the 15th birthday of fabled German imprint Raster-Noton. Two of the label's founders are appearing for the occasion – Carsten Nicolai, playing in his Alva Noto alias, and Olaf 'Byetone' Bender – and they'll be joined by some heavyweight audio abstractionists. Finland's Sasu Ripatti plays in both his Vladislav Delay and Luomo guises (hey, he's got new albums to promote under both names), alongside sets by partner Antye 'AGF' Greie, Japan's Aoki Takamasa, French sound poet Anne-James Chaton and others. Given that these are musicians who routinely perform with each other, don't be surprised if a few collaborations get spawned in the course of the night. And, okay, maybe there will be some dancing – it'll just be really, really strange.
