Special Dub Session 2012

One of the heaviest sound systems at London's famous Notting Hill Carnival each year is manned by Aba Shanti-I, whose 'Earth Rocker Sound of Jah Lightning and Thunder' translates into a righteously bass-centric selection of roots reggae and dub. The aptly named Saiko Onkyo (literally, 'supremely loud') Sound System is being shipped up from Hyogo Prefecture for Shanti-I's latest Tokyo gig, in which he's joined by London label mate Blood Shanti-I and Kyoto-born brethren Shandi-I.
