If you spend the first few hours of 2012 like this, there's nowhere to go but down. The 52nd floor of Roppongi Hills is being transformed into a glamorous party pen with a spectacular view on New Year's Eve, with a strong lineup of domestic house and hip hop acts to match the eye candy. Grizzled dancefloor vet DJ Nori, club jazz doyen Toshio Matsuura and Soil & "Pimp" Sessions bandleader Shacho are just a few of the artists returning from last year's party (guess they must like the view), while they've got underground hip hop icons including Shing02 and DJ Baku to spice things up.
