Time Out says

The capital's fashionable crowd will be getting primed for Fuji Rock this weekend at a fest-themed party at glitterati playpen the Trump Room in Shibuya. There's a total of ten local promoters mucking in for the occasion, including Pitchoun, Tokyo Indie and London Calling, and they'll be decking the place out in suitably festival-esque fashon: expect wellies, ponchos, tents erected over the DJs booths, and 'horrendously long queues for the toilets.' The musical action is spread across three floors, with each DJ crew getting a couple of slots during the course of the night, and there'll be a few added bells and whistles, including face painting, a graffiti artist whipping up custom t-shirts, and dancers provided by the kinksters at Tokyo Decadence.

It's ¥2,000 on the door, but you can get a discount via the Tokyo Electro Fest 2011 website.
