Vakula Japan Tour 2012

One writer recently described Vakula's music as 'afro-cosmic-slavic-dub', which gives you some sense of what an oddity the Ukrainian producer really is. Judging from the clips for his upcoming You've Never Been To Konotop album, due out on Firecracker Recordings later this month, Vakula is going to be blowing a fair few minds before the year is through. In the meantime, you can catch him at Unit this weekend, on a generously stuffed bill that also includes DJs Nino, Chida and a host of acts from the Diskotopia stable.
