Time Out says

This programme featuring a series of documentary films made in response to 2011's Great East Japan Earthquake and the disasters that followed it returns to 3331 Arts Chiyoda for seven days of screenings. Talks and other related events are mixed in as well, making for a good opportunity to learn more about the progress (or lack of) of reconstruction in the Tohoku region. Highlights of the programme include veteran lawyer and activist Hiroyuki Kawai's 2014 film Nuclear Japan, a highly critical take on the nuclear energy industry here, and Robert Stone's Pandora's Promise, which looks at the environmental and climate benefits of nuclear power. See the full lineup here (in Japanese only).
