Time Out says

This is your chance to see a series of documentary films made in response to the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, including Hirokazu Koreeda's That Day - Living Fukushima and Takemitsu Sato's look at the evacuated town of Futaba. Works by different directors will give you new perspectives to the reactions of the people affected, while the festival also provides a good opportunity to learn more about the progress of reconstruction in the Tohoku region. Two or three movies will be shown on each day, and the associated gallery/shop is worth a visit too.
