Academy Awards Programme

In the run-up to this year's Oscars, Yokohama's short film-specific Brillia cinema screens a programme consisting of three past Academy Award winners and one nominee from 2009. The former are Michael Dudok de Wit's animated family drama Father and Daughter (2000), The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore from 2011 and British live action flick The Phone Call (2013), starring Sally Hawkins and Jim Broadbent, while Elizabeth Marre and Olivier Pont's Manon on the Asphalt also gets its place in the sun.
