Time Out says

Home to more than 90 related businesses and studios, Nerima is known as one of the birthplaces of Japanese anime. The neighbourhood now celebrates this heritage with a free weekend programme featuring interactive workshops, pop-up shops and screenings of both classics and newer fare. Catch three representative episodes of Ganba no Boken, the 1975 series that continues to rank high on domestic 'best anime' lists, or take a look at the Japanese version of Lassie, the 1996 series entitled simply Famous Dog Lassie. The full programme can be viewed here (in Japanese only, natch).
