Time Out says

Marking the release of The Fall of Icarus: Narita Stories, the latest documentary from director Haruhiko Daishima, Shibuya's Image Forum highlights nine non-fiction films from the time of the Sanrizuka struggle, the movement by farmers and student protesters to prevent the construction of Narita Airport from the late ’60s onward. Including several works by Shinsuke Ogawa (1935-1992), one of the pioneers of Japanese documentary filmmaking in the postwar era, the programme also highlights other contemporary protest movements such as left-wing radicalism at Kyoto University. Daishima's previous film, The Wages of Resistance: Narita Stories (2014), will be screened with English subtitles from September 18 onwards (at 1pm daily).
