Time Out says

Denmark's Dogme movement, Ingmar Bergman's classics, artsy horror...Nordic cinema isn't a narrow category by any means, but this festival at Shibuya's Uplink and Eurospace ambitiously attempts to pull things together, introducing viewers to the very best films from the cold north with an eclectic programme including both new releases and notable films from past years. A total of 17 movies will be screened, with Thomas Vinterberg's Dogme debut Festen (1998) and Carl Dreyer's 1924 silent flick Michael, considered a landmark piece of early gay cinema, probably the highlights of the selection. The full program and subtitle details can be viewed here.
