Werner Herzog All-Nighter

Time Out says

Such is the output of German director Werner Herzog that Shin-Bungeiza would probably need a few months' worth of all-night screenings to get through his whole filmography. After presenting a selection of the director's flicks starring the wild-eyed Klaus Kinski last weekend, the Ikebukuro picture house is screening another quartet of Herzogs on Saturday, though the Kinski count is a little lower this time. Early movie Even Dwarfs Started Small (1970) and the recent documentary Cave of Forgotten Dreams serve as book-ends for a pair of classic Klaus performances: Nosferatu the Vampyre (1978) and Cobra Verde (1987). Mostly in German with Japanese subtitles.
