Time Out says

Most of Tokyo's top bartenders would wrinkle their noses if you tried to call them 'mixologists', but on the other side of the Pacific it's something to aspire towards. The city will be getting a concentrated dose of ostentatious cocktail-making at the Park Hyatt this month, as the hotel's prized New York Bar is taken over for six nights by a posse of American mixologists. They're led by Toby Maloney and Jason Cott, the owners of Chicago's The Violet Hour – proclaimed one of the best bars in the entire country by Esquire magazine – and in-demand consultants for aspiring mixologists nationwide. They'll be whipping up Blue Blazers, Sidecars and other retro cocktails on June 7-8, before indulging in some more ostentatious culinary mixology on June 9-10, then unwinding with some tiki cocktails on the final two days.
