World Railways Expo 2016

Train geeks, it's time to rethink your summer vacation plans: this massive Yokohama expo is dedicated to model railways from Japan, the US and Europe and features displays of thousands of mini-trains, from plastic Thomas the Tank Engines to truly rare collectibles. Everything is centred around a supremely detailed, 300-square-metre diorama that should be a sight to behold for kids and adults alike, while only young 'uns will be allowed to ride the 'experience trains' puffing about at the exhibition site.
