Time Out says

Tokyo's LGBT film festival started life back in 1992, making this its 21st edition to date. The 2012 lineup includes some notable Japan premieres, ranging from the Olympia Dukakis-starring Cloudburst to Vito, Jeffrey Schwarz's powerful documentary about gay rights activist Vito Russo. Other flicks to look out for include Andrew Haigh's widely acclaimed Weekend – winner of the Emerging Visions audience award at last year's SXSW – and Asia Boy Shorts, which collects short films by up-and-coming directors from Taiwan, Hong Kong and South Korea.
