Get up close with some Cretaceans in Marunouchi this week, at the return of the area's annual dinosaur exhibition. The centrepiece of this year's show is an imposing, 12m-long Acrocanthosaurus skeleton, courtesy of the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum, which will be displayed until March 29 in the Marunouchi Building's Marucube atrium. You can also have a gawp at a pteranodon and a CGI dinosaur movie, while over in the nearby Oazo building there's a full-scale animatronic model of a herbivorous Fukuisaurus, which is being displayed in Tokyo for the first time. The show doesn't really merit a special trip, but if you're in the area it's worth checking out – and the kids will love it.
