If Burt Bacharach seemed like an odd choice for last weekend's Tokyo Jazz Festival, he's a natural fit for Billboard Live, which is hosting the legendary songwriter for two evenings of extravagantly expensive shows. There are still tickets available on both nights, though perhaps that's what you get when you charge over ¥20,000 per head.
