Cruyff in the Bedroom

Supremos of the Japanese shoegaze scene, Cruyff in the Bedroom's deft way with winsome melodies and crushing walls of guitar distortion has earned them a list of admirers including The Pains of Being Pure at Heart, Ringo Deathstarr and Scott Cortez. The group celebrated their 11th anniversary in commendably finickity fashion last year, hosting an end-of-tour gig at Club Quattro on – wait for it – November 11th. That concert has since been immortalised as a DVD, and the group are returning to the same venue for the launch party.
