Time Out says

Shibuya-based indie emporium Zankyo Shop solicited input from 'students and working adults' in compiling the lineup for this all-day music fest, and they've managed to assemble an intriguing selection of acts in the process. Headliners Vidulgi OoyoO (whose name translates as 'pigeon milk', apparently) represent the vanguard of South Korea's shoegaze scene, and you can expect oddball art rock from Osaka's Usagisan no Katamimi Chongittaroka and Kagoshima's Tesla Doesn't Know How to Cry (what a name!). Local retro-tinged rockers The Cold Tommy, indietronica ensemble Aureole and others also feature, and the action will be spread across O-Nest and the upstairs 7th Floor.
