Time Out says

Fusing jazz and reggae might seem like a recipe for cheesiness, but audiences at the Blue Note Tokyo will be in safe hands when this quartet of veteran musicians takes to the stage. Jazz Jamaica teams 79-year-old guitarist Ernest Ranglin and pianist Monty Alexander – both of whom have been dabbling in jazz for decades – with crack reggae rhythm section Sly & Robbie. Though the various players have collaborated with each other in the past, this will be the first time that they have all performed together.
