Japandroids

They didn't call their sophomore album Celebration Rock for nothing, you know. Few hipster-approved bands put on a show quite as fist-pumping as Japandroids, whose Springsteen-goes-garage-rock anthems are made all the more visceral by the fact that there's only two people playing them. If you missed the Vancouver duo's set at Fuji Rock last year (and we did too: it was on a Sunday morning, for chrissakes), you can catch them again at WWW this winter, at the tail end of a 13-date tour of Asia and Oceania.
