As the K-pop bands-led Korean wave continues unabated throughout Asia, it’s refreshing to see a solo artist asserting his place through his distinct style of music and dance. Jay Park, the former leader of the boyband 2PM, has made a name for himself again as a musician and a model after leaving the group in 2010. The Settle native seeks to prove his mettle in Tokyo with a live performance at the Toyosu Pit on September 16.
